The Elara Hills Rental Programme

Your villa works for you
when you are not there.

As part of your purchase agreement every Elara Hills villa owner makes their villa available for rental for a minimum of 26 weeks per year. You choose which weeks you are there. Everything else is available for guests. Our management team handles all bookings, guest communications, cleaning, and maintenance. You simply receive your income.
